Hi!! I apologise for the long absence, I'm not dead or anything. I've just been quite busy working and shopping. The good thing is that I've working on a few little projects that you'll all get to see soon! As soon as the new year arrives regular posts will back up again!
For now, enjoy the last day of 2011!

It's that time of year when everyone gets the wrapping paper and ribbon out of the closet! So I thought I'd show you all some super packaging ideas I've seen on Pinterest and Tumblr lately. Adorable or what? And simple enough for us all to reproduce when it comes to wrapping presents we have for loved ones.
I'm a little crazy about the hair and makeup of josephine skriver (aka. the model) in these beauty portraits (taken by Hasse Neilson for Bon International f/w). I'm enchanted, obsessed, even going as far as plotting a hair and beauty tutorial reinventing the look for you guys. What do you think?

After posting my gift guide for lady presents a few days ago, I kinda wondered why i hadn't actually made a gift guide on what women could buy their men. Buying for men can be really hard sometimes, especially when you limit yourself to high street stores. That's why I made this 'what to buy your man for christmas' gift guide! Tada! Nearly all items listed are from independent online designers, which makes these prezzies that little bit more special, dontcha think? That diana camera deluxe kit and personalized ipad case are my favourites! What about you?
On the hunt for girly Christmas presents? Look no further! Above are all the cute little things that will make your bestie's Christmas a pretty one. Simply click on the numbered links above to lead you to the sites they're from! (I want the clutch and personalized camera strap in pictures 1 & 2 myself!)
Scissor Sisters is a blog that I found today and got all excited over (any blog with stunning photography makes my day!) It's run by the beautiful Alisa (above) who blogs about her personal style and her photography. I love seeing peoples photographs, but the whole blog-visiting-experience is made so much more memorable when a bit of the photographers personal life and style is shown as well, like Alisa's is.
Below are some of her photos.
I'll be featuring more talented bloggers soon!
I remember when these inspiration posts were a weekly occurrence on this blog (or rather, the blog i owned before i started this one). Now, they're back and with a vengeance. Oh, and with music, too! I was going to try and figure out how to add a the music play menu to the blog post, but until I do you'll have to click through to Youtube if you want to be fully emerged in haunting- beautiful-spooky- creepy-girl inspiration. So, if you do, then clickety-click here!
