Flower Child Vintage Blog Design FAQ
I've been receiving a lot of emails with questions about my blog design, so I figured every time I get a question I'll list it here, with the answer! Here goes...
Who designed your blog?
I did! It took me about 2 weeks to design between designing for others and holding down my full-time job at Calvin Klein, but I got there in the end! I'm now happy to say that I no longer work full-time, so I have lots more time to do what I love, which is design blogs, logos and much more for you guys! I'll have my official design website up soon.
How did you design this all by yourself?
I've been designing and coding websites ever since I was twelve (I'm a bit of a nerd like that!) so it wasn't difficult. I used Photoshop CS5, and studied design-related subjects in schooling which has helped me a lot with my design work.
Would you design my blog?

Where do you get ideas from for different blog designs? Do you create moodboards and things?
I've always known what my ideal blog would look like so when I finally had time to get it done, I knew exactly what was going where. When I design someone elses blog, I send them a set of questions beforehand and have a real good chat with them, to find out what their dream blog would look like and what their current favourite blog designs are etc. Then we take it from there! I don't usually create real moodboards, with pins and tape etc haha! But I do whip up mood boards using Photoshop.
Do you only work on whimsical designs?
No, I have also designed more modern and minimal blogs/shops for people. I enjoy working on this kind of girly design more though because its so much fun!
I don't want my whole blog redesigned, but I would like you to work on bits of it. What individual aspects of a blog do you design for people?
